PAYMENT
1. What payment options accept on Silfha Hijab?
We accept all Credit or Debit Card under VISA & MASTERCARD, GrabPay, Hoolah, Bootst, etc app payment. For other specific payment options, please see the list of payment options when purchases.

2. Do you provide cash on delivery (COD) for customer?
Currently no, we not accept cash on delivery (COD) service.

3. Hoolah details: Hoolah is a payment method that allow customer pay for Siffha Hijabs product via installment with 0% interest and without any payment due. You need to checkout as usual, and choose Hoolah as your payment method. Complete the payment so the first installment will be deducted upon you complete the detail.

4. Charged double for our item, what should customer do?
We would advise you to quickly drop us an email to customerservise@ silfhahijab.com.my for us to deal with our finance department. Customer should provide us the detail in the email:
- Email address
- Contact number
- Detail of transaction

Note: Silfha Hijab will send an email notification.

5. Can customer request for an official receipt as proof of payment?
You need drop us an email at customerservise@silfhahijab.com.my with following some steps, we will generate our customer an e-invoice as receipt.
DELIVERY

i) In our business, we use post as our delivery method and we do not do cash on delivery (COD) for customer.
​
ii) The customer need to pay first for their orders in purchasing our items for us to packaging their orders and post it.
​
iii) The customers need to provide this information for us to post their orders:
- Name
- Address
- Contact number
​
iv) We will not take any charge toward our customers in Malaysia by posting their orders.
​
v) Any purchase orders for international shipping will be cost them RM10.
​
vi) We only posting our customer orders on Wednesday and Saturday.
